MISE EXAM PROCESS

Examination Venue

The participating school itself serves as the designated examination center for the MISE, hosting and organizing the assessment process.

Invigilation

On the exam day, an officer from MINERVAA is sent to the school to act as the invigilator.

Question Papers

The MISE officer carefully transports the sealed question papers to the examination center, ensuring security and confidentiality during the process.

Envelope Integrity

The school in-charge must ensure question paper envelopes remain sealed until the examination starts; open envelopes are not accepted.

Instruction Briefing

Before the exam starts, the invigilator briefs students on exam rules, time limits, and answer sheet guidelines.

Conducting Exam

The MISE officer, with the assistance of the school teachers, conducts the examination.

Sealing Answer Sheets

Once the exam is completed, all answer sheets are sealed by the MISE officer with the help of the in charge from school side.

Transporting Answer Sheets

After the examination concludes, the MISE officer retrieves the sealed answer sheets, securely transporting them back for thorough evaluation.
