Examination Venue : The participating school itself serves as the examination center for MISE.

Invigilation : On the exam day, an officer from MINERVAA is sent to the school to act as the invigilator.

Question Papers : The MISE officer carries sealed question papers to the examination center.

Conducting Exam : The MISE officer, with the assistance of the school teachers, conducts the examination.

Sealing Answer Sheets : Once the exam is completed, all answer sheets are sealed by the MISE officer with the help of the in charge from school side.

Transporting Answer Sheets : The sealed answer sheets are then taken back by the MISE officer for evaluation.

Envelope Integrity : It is mandatory that the question paper envelopes remain sealed until the start of the examination. The school in-charge must ensure that the question paper envelopes are intact and sealed before the examination begins. Open envelopes are not accepted under any circumstances.
